Hello,
My name is Marisa and I just finished my Master’s degree in Digital Games.
My passion is game design, with a focus on gamification and gameplay, two aspects I dealt with in my Bachelor’s and Master’s thesis.
During my studies, I gained insights into every aspect of game development, which helps me communicate with different disciplines in a team and allows me to work independently and create prototypes of ideas and concepts.
My strength is that I am adaptable in various situations and can work together very well with others while displaying good self-management.

Gravikey
A puzzle platformer where the player can swap gravity.

My Skills - Software
In the following you can see the softwares I have gathered experience with during the last few years. You can click on the link in the description to see examples of my work.

have the most experience with Unity, since it was the Engine we used for all of our university projects. Moreover, I worked with it during my first internship at Pillow’s Willow and created my own application from scratch during my Bachelor’s thesis. I mostly worked with the following aspects of Unity:
- Scripting in C#
- Particle Systems
- Shader Graph
- NavMesh
- Animator
- UI Elements

I worked with Unreal Engine 4 during my Minor Skilled, but since I decided to develop a 2D game I do not have a lot of experience with the 3D functionality:
- Blueprints
- Working with Sprites
- Particle Systems

I mostly use Photoshop for creating digital artwork. However, I also animated a few sprites for Gravikey in it.

Autodesk Maya
- Basic experience with modeling
- Basic experience with UV’ing

- Basic experience with texturing in Substance Painter
- Basic experience with creating materials in Substance Designer
